CASUAL FAILS
Who is the real achiever in life? What is real achievement in life?
A student who cracked IAS exam? There are many who are
selected forgotten in a decade.
A conqueror like Alexander? He died, people say stories
about him.
He who is fearless is the real achiever, he who helps other
and make it his profession is the real achievement in life.
There is no such thing like a real achiever or real
achievement in life, it is all created ones. In my opinion leading a joyful
life is the real achievement. If possible be the person who can make other
lives easy (like the scientists) for others.
Be helpful, joyful..
You are one of the luckiest persons, you are one of the
capable persons.
Failure No. 1 Fear
Knowing one’s weakness and strengths and developing the play
field of life on it is very important, mitigating the effects of one’s weakness
and enhancing the advantage of strength through thought is important in being
successful.
I think the greatest weakness of mine is fear, and of course
fear is a common response but the magnitude of I face is a little higher. I hope you are not as such as us, and not a
problem if you, I got you covered.
Fear is multi-dimensional aspect; it is present in every
aspect of life for eg. Studies, exploring new places, meeting strangers,
learning new concepts. Anything new carries a fear along with it and It is the
fear of unknown, underlying cause of all the fears.
One must establish basics from the experience of life to
deal with the fears.
Fear in studies:
In studies, we tend to show
interest in the concepts which we are already aware. Familiarity removes the
fear. The concepts we try to refer before actually being taught helps us in
better understanding the concept, as we are already familiar and fear is off
the charts.
It is very easy to define the ill effects, and following are
a few :-
1)
Though talented, we couldn’t achieve the results
which can be achieved with the talent present.
2)
Leading a life, lower that which we could have
lived.
3)
Not making the best use of opportunity.
4)
Low self esteem.
Remedial steps:
1)
The horizon you can look for solution is books,
read them. (… should write about the books, I read and my experiences)
Fear No. 2 Lack of sporting abilities
Sports are the most important part of life, they help in
developing the social interaction and help in the ability to think
for eg: 1. To face and win an opponent, one must know of his
opponent (his weaknesses and strengths) and also about oneself, and must plan a
strategy to accordingly and To frame the opponent’s weakness and strength one
must rely on the response of the opponent for the action of oneself. This all
requires hell lot of thinking.
2. It improves the social interactions. you will become a
great communicator, leader, organiser and improve your social status ( among
friends) and further your confidence in life.
Failure point of mine :
1.
Sports have two outcomes, win and lose, not
always we can win. If we thought or acted less than opponent or mis estimated
or under estimated the opponent, failure is the outcome.
2.
Afraid of such failure (fear is seed of many
failures), I never participated much in sports, or I had to compete with the
peers for the sake
3.
Even when I participated, never really used my
brain, hence failure upon failure mounted up, this lead to loss of my
confidence, and resulted moving away from sports.
Remedial point:
1.
Further generations must learn that it is
inevitable to fail ( in life or sports or love or any part of life) when you
are novice, but learning the reasons for failure, analysing, re-strategizing
and executing the approach is key to success (put aside fear of failure,
Dealing Temporary inconvenience of failure is mandatory to achieve great success
in life, nothing in life is free, every thing has a price) and this is a cyclic
process. Fail, learn, improve and succeed.
Failure No. 3 : Lack of good nutrition.
I don’t know how scientific it is, but the level at one think
and acts surely depends on their diet.
Food is needed for the basic function essential for living,
only after dealing with these essential functions, there is a scope of
improvement in life and thoughts.
Having a good diet is primary requisite for growth, and
hence before dealing with the other failures like, fear, lack of sporting
ability etc., first deal with your nutrition.
Proteins, carbohydrates, fats, milk, dry fruits, sprouts and
a boiled egg must be mandatorily part of daily diet.
Only healthy brain has the power to deal with any kind of problem
life usually throws at us .
Failure No. 4 : Not having a good daily morning routine
(habit).
I drifted where my mind and took me every morning, I didn’t
had a defined morning routine.
One must have a good daily morning routine, for eg: Benjamin
franklin had the habit of asking himself every morning: “what good should I do
today?”
Morning routine is a small win which can win the day for
you.
These days translate to months and to years and finally
helps leaving this conscious life with a sense of accomplishment and
satisfaction.
Failure No. 5 : Not having a hobby.
The modern world is full of gadgets, easily let you pass
time. But this time can be wisely utilised in other building career, of course
we need mentor or parents to guide in this aspect. Hence if you are reading
this as a parent make sure your kid has a hobby which suits his persona and
interests.
Failure no. 6 : Not prepared for life or No plan or Not
Awareness of future.
It is very important to know what would happen in the
upcoming life and prepare and set standards accordingly. One must have a clear
idea, what would happen if one fails to work hard and one should find a mentor
for this awareness. Parents usually are the mentors.
Life is different in different parts of the world, but the
stages of the life is the same ( may vary in duration but the order would and
should remain same)
Life is Childhood stage + Adolescence + Youth + Matured
Youth + Aged + Old aged death
Assuming a person would live up to 70 years, Childhood stage
is up to 12 years, adolescence is 12 – 18 years, Youth is 18- 23, employment is
23 – 30, Aged is 30 – 55, old aged is 55 – 70 yrs.
Each stage is equally important and form basis for the event
of life.
Failure no. 7 : Not prepared for the Job
It is the most repeated part of life and last longer than
any other part, To be happy in your job,
you must love it.
// Job is one of the most important factor of life since, it
continues to be major part of the life than any other in aged section of life.
Job is repeated for most of the life, it is important that you like what you
repeat the most //
Failure No. 8 : Accept who you are.
Not every person is same and not all have the same
capabilities, accept who you are , what your skills are choose your career
accordingly. Play according to your strengths. Trying to be someone which you
are not will always lead to misery. And always try to improve yourself by being
yourself.
Failure No.9 : Not consistently efficient
If any would ask me what should one do to be happy? I would
answer be consistently efficient.
Being efficient is something that happens at the neck of the
moment of a deadline, we are usually the most efficient during such period. But
if we could be efficient in a similar manner through every moment of life, then
we are the happiest people on earth.
Failure No. 10 : Not realising the value of time
We think that we have unlimited amount of time,
Time is the most valuable resource any one could have in
life, If you are making the best use of this resource, you are obviously the
richest and happiest person on this earth. Being consistently efficient makes
you the best and happiest version of yourself.
Who is the happiest person on his death bed? The one who has
used his life time efficiently. Be efficient, use time as if it is a scarce
resource.
Failure No.11 : Not reading books
Books are treasure of life, Just like in treasure, there are
gold, diamond.
Life time learnings are put in a book, a wise man always
learn from the experiences of other.
Reading books should be one of the hobbies and what kind of books you want to read
depend on your needs. You want money, read financial books. Read, clearly
understand, Note down and implement in real life.
Failure No.12: Not letting work
Indian parents treat their kids like kings and never let
them do any work, this leads inefficient, dependent kids. Which usually effects
the parents in the long run. This is the same case with me, I realised the
problem with me and tried to improve but still what happens in childhood, the
attitude of childhood remains through out the life. And So im not completely
recovered yet but improved a bit.
Failure No.13: Anger
I noticed acting to things is important rather than
reacting. My anger is one such thing which made me react rather than act, it
kept me away from my choices and made me to react leaving only option of
aggression, which make me do things I regret through life. Anger made me do
many bad things, I regret them. Luckily nothing went too bad, but still bad
enough to torment soul when I get glimpses of those act in my head.
It is better to keep the head cool and think a second before
reacting rather than regretting a life time, it is much worse than the time in
prison I think.
Failure No.14 Sense of Achievement.
Achievement or success is one thing every one wants in life
and why? Does it bring them happiness and joy in life. May be, but success
represents the control we have in our life. It shows we are the master of our
life. When we are control of our lives we obviously feel the sense of
satisfaction, joyful ness and This control comes through the act of self
discipline. I think Self Discipline is the most important factor deciding one’s
life. We lack this sense of achievement, when we lack the self discipline. This
bring me to the next failure.
Failure No.15 : Self discipline.
Self Discipline is probably the most important factors
deciding the course of our life. Self discipline is the ability to do what we
think is needed under any circumstances.

Failure No.16 : Self control
Drugs, games and any addiction involves the element of self
control, It is hard for us to resist the temptation caused by these addiction,
but without self control it would ruin our life, for eg. I smoke cigarette
sometimes, but once I smoke, I atleast take a gap of 15 days, and similarly I
was addicted to games, If I couldn’t maintain the said gap of 7 days or 15
days, It is the time to get rid of such thing from my life. Any thing which
breaches my self control is dangerous to me and I will not let it control my
life.
Many lives are spoiled because of lack of self control, You
don’t take interest in what is needed rather on what is need satisfy your
desire. Hence, Self control is important.
Failure No.17 Planning and executing:
Planning is one of the important task to achieve things,
since it is pre imagining the things to success, once we are ready with plan,
it is equally important to execute. It is important to set into motion than
planning. Fixing once time table is planning, but execution may not be same,
but the goal is to achieve the direction of our thought, until and unless
execution is in direction of our goal, deviation from planning is always
welcome but never over do it initially and under do it later, maintain constant
pace until you achieve things.

Failure No. 18 Limiting thoughts or imaginations
There is no limit for what one can achieve or one can earn.
But it is our thoughts which put a limit that reduces the scale of achievement.
